Downtown Family Retreat -3 Minutes to Dahlonega

The house was as advertized but with a strong musty smell on the main floor.

We had members of multiple households in our family in and out at various times during the several days that we rented the property. The many gathering areas provided by this residence were perfect for our situation especially during a warm weather month. We enjoyed the pool area, the extra building on the property, the game room, and the large dining table that we were able to use for the one time that we were all together for dinner. There was something to enjoy for every one of the three generations that occupied the residence. The bedroom areas on two separate floors gave our multiple households some privacy. Plus, we loved the proximity to the downtown Dahlonega area, the beautiful natural surroundings, and outdoor activities such as kayaking on the Chestatee River. We definitely plan to return to the area and will always consider this rental for our family get-togethers.

Clean, hot tub & pool were ready to use.

Great location and plenty of room for large family but still giving everyone their own space. Pool and game room gave us things to do in between wedding festivities. Would rent again if needed in the area.

Great location and the home was a great place for our groomsmen. Had everything they needed. Pool and ping pong and great space !
