Very clean place and great location. A quiet street though not far from anything which made it really easy to get around without having to drive everywhere. The large parking area made it super easy to unload and get everyone settled in quickly. Plenty of linens and blankets, no complaints at all!

We were thrilled to find such a great gem so close to UNG where our kid goes! The location is ideal and within walking distance to downtown. We have found our new place to stay and look forward to the next visit. Pros: location, location, location very large living room Outside covered front porch walking distance to so many shops, restaurants Pet friendly Well stocked in kitchen, laundry and bathroom Quiet location Cons: Outside of home needs some TLC (pressure wash, fix loose boards on side of home) Red clay outside resulted in lots of puppy paw cleanup Front porch furniture is uncomfortable

The house was excellent. It was furnished nicely. It had a well-equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms. It was very conveniently located so that we could walk downtown.

We loved the little house, especially the quiet neighborhood it was in. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, glasses, even a coffee bar. The king bed was comfortable. We had plenty of towels and washcloths. We loved the living area with a big TV, 2 couches and chairs. The washer and dryer helped us out a lot.
